Guidance for New Parents

In Cuyahoga County, 8,000 first-time and teen parents receive a parent-readiness newsletter, Growing Together: My First Years Last Forever. Parents receive 11 issues covering their child's development from birth to the age of three years. Valuable information on discipline, age-appropriate activities, health, feeding practices, and available community services is included. This project is a collaboration with Cuyahoga County's Newborn Home Visiting Program the Cuyahoga County office of OSU Extension.
