Community Service in Summit County

Every 4-H club is expected to conduct at least one community service project each year. Summit County clubs excel in these endeavors: two clubs planted hundreds of tree saplings in public areas; one club assisted with child care at a military deployment event; another club offers thousands of volunteer hours in county fairgrounds clean-up; other clubs conduct fund-raisers and donate the proceeds to various charities.
