Pesticide Education Program

Pesticide training, safety and education are just some of the programs involved with the Pesticide Education Program, a part of Ohio State University Extension. The program is involved with the training of 30,000 licensed pesticide applicators in Ohio. The Pesticide Education Program provides recertification training conferences, a new applicator training workshop, train-the-trainer programs, training manuals, and more.

Bee Lab

The Ohio State University Honey Bee Laboratory at Wooster, Ohio, is a multi-purpose laboratory encompassing both extension and research responsibilities. Located on the campus of the Ohio Agricultural Research and Development Center, the bee laboratory provides international bee culture training, offers bee information to the public, conducts behavioral and pollination research, and supports the research programs of other commodity groups.
